Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, and a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@thecarddoctor.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-returnable items

Due to health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on chemical products (Cleaning Spray, Scratch Reduction Cream) that have been opened or had their seal broken. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or damaged items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@thecarddoctor.co.uk as soon as possible and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
